There are two lakes at block fen on the CFPAS ticket.

Block Fen A is a fairly large, coloured, sandy bottomed lake that has a large head of carp, mainly around the 5-15lb mark.  The fishing is generally quite easy and it can be considered a runs water.  Because of the price and relative ease of the fishing, it does tend to get quite busy through the summer months and getting a swim can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.

Attached to block fen A is the pump pond, which is a small lake that holds a good head of roach, rudd bream etc.

Block Fen B is another large lake, in this case clear and in places deep lake.  This lake is somewhat harder than Block Fen A and is typically not as busy, although there are not many fishable swims.  There are a limited number of carp in the lake, although they do get to a good size.  The lake is also known for producing the odd large pike.
